1. Warranty applies only to products carried or distributed by Enigma Technologies (Enigma) that can be identified by Enigma's proof of purchase and warranty sticker.
  2. Items purchased from Enigma are fully warranted against manufacturing defects, by reason and design and materials of workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of twelve (12) months or as stated on the proof of purchase.
  3. All items have carry-in warranty. Warranty claim will only start when the item is brought in at the authorized service center or Enigma showroom. Items for warranty claim are subject for inspection and repair only. Replacement of item(s) or part(s) on warranty claims is upon approval of the product distributor manufacturer. Replaced item(s) or part(s) during the warranty claim are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  4. For items purchased online, warranty claims start upon receipt of the items.
  5. Within one (1) year from the date of original purchase, Enigma will provide free labor for item(s) brought in for warranty repair at any Enigma showrooms.
  6. Consumables and/or accessories are not covered by any warranty (i.e. mouse, mouse pad, ink cartridges, ribbons, toners, CD/DVDs, covers, etc.).
  7. Software or viruses are not covered by warranty. Enigma is not liable for the loss of programs or data stored on hard drives or storage devices. The client/customer is responsible for making his own data back -up before claiming product warranty.
  8. All items have carry-in warranty. No on-site services are done for warranty claims. No service units are provided unless agreed upon.
  9. Warranty is valid for original purchases only.

The warranty is void:

  1. If the item(s) has been damaged brought about by accident, misuse, misapplication or any abnormal causes (i.e. animal/insect bites or wastes on parts, by use of wrong power input, by the use of non-original consumables, or by fire, floods, earthquakes and other acts of nature).
  2. If the warranty seal(s) has been tampered with or altered in any way.
  3. If the item has been repaired or serviced by a third party other Enigma and product authorized service centers.
  4. If the product serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.
